On 26-11-2020, at around 2.40 p.m., me & my Father had visited Bank of India, Dombivli (E), so as to alleviate him,
to acquire the signature of Branch Manager, pertaining to the Life Certificate.
As, we approached a Male Employee,
who was seated towards the left-hand side of the Exit Doorway, &, apprized him the said verity, instantaneously, he inquired my Fathers Mobile No., &, enunciated me,
to bestow the Pension Passbook & Aadhar Card of my Dad. After having done the needful, &, thereby, having sent the OTP Code on my Fathers Mobile, the said Employee asked for the said Code. When I notified him, that, my Papas Cell Phone is inoperative, he ungallantly gesticulated his hand, &, specified me what have you
done ? Also, he gestured his hand, towards the Printed Notice, wherein, all the specific details were assidiously mentioned.
Thereafter, the aforementioned Gentleman bestowed a Form, to be filled in. Also,
he acquainted us, to acquire the signature of a Male Employee, who was seated, towards the opposite side of the Cash Counter. When I explicated him, that, my Father has already filled the Mumbai Port Trust Form, since, he receives his Monthly Pension from the mentioned Office, the aforesaid Gentleman expatiated, the said Form would be inadmissible, &, therefore, we had no other alternative, but, to fill the Form.
At the outset, I would like to asseverate the above-mentioned Male Employee, that,
he had, indubitably, no authority, to vocalize the aforesaid vexatious vowel. Also, let me assert him, that, he should ameliorate his tone of voice. How dare he expound such sort of impudent tone ? I, too, would have proliferated my vox in the same vein, but, in view of the veracity, that, he is an Employee of Bank of India, I kept mum on the matter. Didnt he had the etiquette, to converse in a courteous & luculent manner ? If not, it would be befit on his fraction, that, he memorizes the cardinal didactics, as, how to have a colloquy, with me. I vehemently objurgate against his egregious deportment.
Also, his motion of hands, to accentuate,
by reflection, was, undoubtedly, unchivalrous. Didnt he had the decorum, to encapsulate me, in a deferential manner ? Such sort of deportment is, unambiguously, impertinent.
Subsequently, having filled the requisite Form, I approached the aforementioned Male Employee, to obtain his signature. Forthwith, he caddishly notified me to wait. Later on, he verbalized, that, the said Form is not, according to rules. When I explicated him, that, the specified Form is being bestowed by the aforestated Gentleman,
he exposited, that, it was due to miscommunication/misunderstanding.
As regards, his contumelious tone, let me articulate, in an unfaltering manner, that,
he had unequivocally NO authority, to utter the aforementioned saucy wording. Also,
I would like to steadfastly enucleate him, that, he should meliorate his phraseology. How dare he verbalize such sort of insolent diction ? I, too, would have retaliated in the same manner, but, in view of the fact, that, he is an Employee of Bank of India, I was placid in the matter. Didnt he had the propriety in manners & conduct ? If not,
it would be apt on his fraction, that,
he cogitate the fundamental decorum, as, how to have a conversation with me.
I vehemently remonstrate against his sass tone.
Regarding, the aforesaid Employees indiscreet elucidation of miscommunication/ misunderstanding, I would like to festinate,
it was due to nebulous information, &, NOT, because of inadequate communication & misconception, that, me & my Father had to undergo colossal incommodiousness.
Moreover, let me emphasize, that, Bank of India has been instituted, so as to simplify its reverend Folks, to consummate to fruition, their task, in a nonpariel & unrivalled manoeuvre, &, NOT, for the malapert & unpalatable conduct, &, inaffable & flippant tone of the above-mentioned Employees.
