Service quality must be improved.

BANK OF INDIA


I am related with bank of India for last 10 years. I found so many service issues which I am going to share with you.


its good that so many service of this bank is free of cost as one can do unlimited transitions, net banking etc are free. the best in it that you don’t have free limit of per day or per month online transactions.


But the poor service defects the quality of the bank.




  1. its customer care service is too poor, if you have any issue regarding which you want to make sure or need to clearify you can’t get any instant help.




  2. slow service, as I need had to change my registered phone number so they took 3-4 day’s to change it. while they told in bank it will be changed within 24 hour. One more time my atm card validity was over and I received my atm after 2 months where they tells you will receive at the same time of expired atm.




  3. behaviours of the stuff, many stuffs behave is so irritating. they can’t talk to the customer freely which must be checked, its the very serious issue. they must get trained well about handling customers.






these were some issues which can corrected to improve the service.
