I have an account in bank of india kolathur branch chennai tamil nadu from past 2 years. There is no extra facilities for customers. The customer service ia very worst. When we enter the bank for asking some doubts regarding internet banking, new account, jewel loan means there is no direct staff to give correct information
And the bank staff are appointed from other states. So they didt know tamil they are always speaking marathi between them. To the cuatomers they are using only english so the customers who are not having english knowledge they feel uneasy to talk and asking doubts to the bank staff.
Jewel loan system is very worst. Weekly three days only they will give the jewel loan its very uncomfortable in urgent situation.
The staff who sitting in cash they are working very slow. Time is wasted while standing in queque for a while.
And the branches are countables and very distance from one to another. We want to use only the home branch.particularly BOI atm.are very very less. We pushed to use other atms only for that they putting charge also.
