Bank of India is the worst bank I have ever seen
The level of service they provide to their customers is the worst one
If someone asks for a help they do not bother or act like they can’t hear you
If you stand in front of them for half an hour they would just say go to counter number 3-4
I had made a transaction on amazon but I cancelled the product they refunded the money to my BOI account and BOI accepted the money but the amount was not reflecting in my account for 2 months because of the Gateway problem of BOI
Compared to HDFC this one is the worst ever thing hapend to my life
