I Have my salary account with bank of india from jan 2016. The services provided by this bank is worst than another.Problem with access to net banking. At first the staff said its not required but complain to manager regarding the issue then after nearly 9 months , they gave access to net banking.Worst thing is till now they are refusing to give me cheque book.They didn’t offer anything like credit cards, personal loans etc, .The mobile App, BTM is not user friendly.Bank branches are more in number when comparing ATM’s
