NOT PROVIDING ACCEPTABLE SERVICES.

I have 2 bank accounts, of which one is with this bank. Personally, i never felt blessed with the services it provides. Never i felt that it is worth of the great name it own. I mean, does it even looks towards the issues a customer holds??

> The main problem i face always is of notifications regarding deposits and withdrawals from my account. Out of total transactions, i recieve notification sms only for 30% of them. This is one of the major cause for me to dislike this bank as it is not even careful enough to update the customers regarding their transactions.

> Recently, i visited the branch for making a RTGS transfer to one of its branch of Savarkundla ( Gujrat). The staff over there was so rude as if they are being working there for free or serving us with getting any compensations for it. They made me run here n there for no reason just for a small transaction.

> If your signatures are getting mismatched just a little, means just very little which would not even make a huge difference, then too they will reject your application. And adding to it, they wont even notify you about the rejection.

> Transaction failure rate is very high. I own its debit card. And whenever i try transacting with it, 60% transactions gets failed saying its an error from your bank side.

Overall, the bank is not able enough to meet the customer expectations.
