Worst bank of the century. Particularly BoM, Bhubaneswar. You make any request a simple pan no of the bank it will not take less than 1 week for them to respond to your email that to escalating it to the zonal manager level only then they will respond to your query.
They do not respond to your calls, to your emails. Very difficult to do transaction with them at this age of 20th century where banks have found numerous ways to reach out to their customers.
Made a mistake by taking loan from that bank, at least their service is demanding me to close the home loan with them asap to get rid from this shoddy service.
