My wife is having an account in the branch. Insipte of requesting several times in 4-5 months, bank is not able to issue internet banking ID and password. Many times we reminded them but each time they say that ID will be available in 2 weeks.
But never received any communication till date. Its very sad to say that the service is very poor. The bank employees do not know even the ABCD of computers. Its just west of hope to have business with such bank. The manager gives only one answer that the internet banking facility will be activated in 2 weeks. (since 5 months are over but nothing is in hand). We wish to quit with the bank. Poor bank.
