Its time for everyone in SEO and content team realize they are being micromanaged like primary school children.
we all agree 9 hours working time only for SEO and content team in whole bankbazaar office. but why different timing for SEO team and content team? in that time- content team gets 15 minutes previllage and for work from home option seo team gets first previllage?! It is kind of primary school management from senior manager Inder. partiality is there. but be honest to each one.
Saying one thing today and tomorrow completely changing and not accepting will not supporting employees to work. at the same time instead of hiding his own mistake blaming employees also will not help them for encouragement.
communication between senior manager and his employees are terrible. How everything handled in a way needs to be communicated between each and everyone is matter here. there it comes for effective management. What you are saying as harsh manner or forcefully implementing anything will not clearly understand by your employees. running an organization by fear will not do anything to achieve organization goal. you should lead your team by impressing them in good way not by making them fear for you.
We hope it will change in upcoming days. if we are not here at least rest of the team will get good treats from senior manager.
