This is to inform I have availed a home loan from ICICI Bank through bankbazaar.com website under the application no 1072555764. While applying for the home loan through bankbazaar website I was promised for a 10K Amazon Gift Voucher hence post disbursement of the loan I started following up with the bank bazaar team and finally received a Amazon voucher post aggressive follow up of 10 days. While redeeming the code I found it’s already redeemed. Bigbazaar team has given used gift voucher against the home loan. Now I am chasing them from last 15 days but they are not responding. I have shared the screenshot of the amazon app which says gift voucher applied to redeem is already used. I have sent 15 mails and made calls to their customer care but no response. I have also escalated the matter to their top management but they are also not responding. Now I am feeling cheated by bankbazaar. There is no point offering gift to acquire new customers and post that you don’t honor your commitments.
