I have downloaded the bank bazar application for the loan related enquiries. But rather than giving the prppiper respkonse related to that the query it is showing all the other things which are not important for you. The application and website is not at all user friendly and make the users irritated while using it.
The application is full of incomplete information and if you will try to contact there customer support they will give you response in a unprofessional way which will make the users to uninstall the application instantly.
I have tried to apply for the personal loans and fills the complete eligibility form to check for the offers and in the last entry page the application crashed automatically. After that again I filled each and every detail and go to the offer zone and it was like 7 bank offering you the personal loans but when you will go to apply in any one category it shows that right now the offer is not available for you and please contact the bank in which your salary gets credited. It was like complete disappointment after wasting your 15-20 minutes time on that. And at last there is options to make a call back request from there representative but after choosing that option also no one will contact you regarding your issues.
Finally I decided to remove bank bazaar application from my phone and also deactivated my account because they provide unnecessary bank tips in the notification and it seems to be more irritating.
TIPS-1. MAKE YOUR MOBILE APPLICATION AND WEBSITE LITTLE MUCH USER FRIENDLY .
- THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS FULL OF NON SENSE NEITHER THEY CONTACT BACK FOR YOUR QUERY NOR THEY CALL BACK IF YOU REQUEST FOR IT, MAKE SOME IMPROVEMENTS.
