Support team never reply's on time

A few days back on 31 August I have ordered DI from bankers Adda247 store and paid online as there was no option for COD. No doubt its good app to prepare for banking and SSC exam online but in case of delivery products they are not as smooth as they talk about.


Since 31 August 2018 there was no update on my account then on 4th September I wrote about this to support team, then they provided me tracking ID and was showing in Transit at Admedabad then I took sigh of relief. But from 4 Sept till 11th sept there was no update regarding where the product is? In between, I wrote so many times to support team but they hardly responded to me then I got irritated and marked bad experience with their customer support. You won’t believe what they did, one of the support team members called me and said Mam’ please do not rate negative review. Please remove that review and we will solve your problem.


I said’Ok’ I won’t give a negative review. I waited for 2 more days and still, there was no update on the tracking website. Then again I wrote the support team but they are not at all in the mood to reply to customers. "Saale chore paise khaake baithe hai" This is what I will call them.
