HDFC new netbanking procedure is too slow. Even after clearing temporary files, cache, cookies as instructed.
In Internet Explorer, it always directs to loan banking, not savings bank account.
In Mozilla it takes hours. Same case with Chrome.
Net banking with this bank has become time consuming and unfriendly. So I have started doing netbanking through my ICICI bank.
I want to transfer my FDs to ICICIBANK if HDFC bank does not want to listen to my woes.
My entire family has 4 savings accounts which I have to close including our credit card.
Worst possible netbanking of HDFC.
I will not give even 1 star.
