I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Bantala and it was an absolutely terrible experience. From the moment I placed my order, the customer service was poor and the product I received was of poor quality.
When I placed my order, I was told it would arrive in a week. I waited for two weeks, with no contact from Bantala, and then I had to contact them to find out where my order was. They told me there had been a delay and that it would be another week before it arrived. When it finally came, the product was of a very poor quality and not what I had expected.
The customer service from Bantala was terrible. Every time I called or emailed them, I was met with a lack of understanding or care. I was told that my queries would be answered or taken care of, but nothing ever happened. I felt like I was being ignored and that my questions were falling on deaf ears.
I would not recommend Bantala to anyone. The customer service was terrible and the product I received was of poor quality. I would not trust them to deliver anything of value and would not use them again. Avoid Bantala at all costs!
