I applied for a Barclays card and received it within 15 working days as promised by them. I agree that their verification and documentation procedure is pretty tough, but I was kept informed regularly about my application status.
That was the 1st impression they created. From then on till date I have had no problems with their customer service or any faulty payments and charges appearing on my statement. They were even considerate enough to wave off late payment fee once. Any request that I make to them has always been taken care of imply. Good going guyz, you have a long way to go.
I have been reading a lot of reviews by people who have had bad experiences with this bank but I have had none to my account for the past 6 months. I personally feel that they are very good at what they do and are here to stay.Their statements are self explanatory and gives even a layman the advantage of understanding every single detail mentioned in it. I have for now decided that this is one card which found its way into my wallet and is going to remain with me for quite some time. Thank You.
