I am holding this card more then 3 months now, but I never received my card statement they don’t have any facility in the site so that one can see how they are charging. I called to customer care guys more than 100 times but every time same standard reply that u will receive it with in 4 working days, two time I simply made a blind payment. now last month I shifted to new address, for that I am calling every day, every one assured me that u’r address will be updated but till now still nothing happens.
Payment collection called me, I asked them to send the executive along with my statement I will make the full payment and cancel my card every time they took appointment and no body appear till now. I am plann’in to sue these guys in consumer court. So people if u’ve less trouble and tension in u’r life go ahead and get one Barclay card. I think they are running the business on pen and paper.
