Worst service at your finger tip is what Barclays can offer you, Global bank providing such service wow, our Nationalized bank are much better.
I had paid 3 paisa less, I had been charged 200 rs as interest for the same, hopeless bank. There was no reversal too.
I had pid my dues, from that day onwards, I am behind Barclays to close down the card but no respose, everytime you call u get the same message that your complain is being registered and som one would call u in 2 working days. However no one calls , no response from them at all.
If you delay the payment by a week, the Bank gives a mental torture by sending SMS, even after u have paid the proces continues. The process and Systems at Barclays are the worst, they don’t have any system to track anbody’s log.
Hope RBI is listening and make sure that customer service is something that Barclays offer.They may be the biggest bank, Sorry please dont ever venture into getting a Barclays Credit Card or any product of Barclays they are simply the worst in providing all sorts of services.
