I have this barclays card which is probably got the worst customer service . They do not respect their customers .
If a customer has already paid by cheeque they want to give a stop pyment and issue a cash , they treat their customers like defaulters . They openly challenge a customer by saying that if you raise your voice we will shout back at you.
Please dont ever take their cards as they offer no help. In my office many of them have very bad experience also . Hope some one sensible enough from this bank reads this article. I doubt in times of recession when service is the only thing that can help you retain whatever customers you have how would they deal with a long term commitment .
A bank that has no empathy towards their customers . Dont know how to differentiate between proper regular paying customers and others . They call as and how they want . They give blank calls . they call up and dont speak .If some one from this bank is reading this please hire some people for your god damn customer service training
