I have not seen such a staff ever and can’t imagine how are they able to run this center. Awesome staff Nobody knows anything and they accept it.
There is a manager who is always busy with his mobile, there are few supervisors who are clueless about what to supervise, there are technicians who create faults. I gave honsa shine so that they can service it properly and make it smooth, next day they call me on my mobile and give an estimate of 3700 approx, and somehow convinced me, after 2 days I go to the service station after getting confirmation call that bike is ready.
Now the story begins, actually they have done nothing, my front and back-light, side indicators, beeper, nothing is working. Rather than making it smooth, they have made it more stiff, and same with the accelerator. What was the reaction when I brought this problem to the technician: he told bike is more than 2 years old so now it is not possible to make smooth anymore and charges of 3700 was purely go in vein.
Very bad experiance .
