I use to go to nasant bahar gymkhana. its good for staying fit but not for bodybuilding.i went there for 9 months.
its a good choise for beginers. it was my first gym it directed me to a fit life. I gained weight about 20 kgs. but I didnt got the greek god like body.i got a good chest and a good bicep but not got what I wanted. it led me to be a gym lover. now I love gyming.the trainers are encouraging.as its les crowded so the trainer gives attaintion to u and corectes your every posture.and its at a good fees too.good environment.

2-compact hall
3-the man who was on counter was slightly rude towards everyone( but the trainers are good) .
