I visited the Ambernath outlet on 16th September 2007, it was really bad and they do not match to any standards of other Baskin Robbins outlets...
They had only 17 Ice Creams!
Ambience was not good at all. They did not have electricity, no back-up of generator, etc.
Ice Cream Colours could not be distinguished because of no lights!
Service Executives were really bad, they could not speak or understand English. They could not handle any queries asked.
We pay the same price as it is at the other outlets of Baskin Robbins like at Bandra, Andheri or Dombivli for that matter. So, why should we compromise as a customer? There is no Value-For-Money and no enjoyment after visiting this particular outlet !!!!
I’m writing this so that the officials concerned look into this matter and hope there is some improvement in the Ambernath outlet.
