I like Naturals Ice Cream better than Baskin Robbins. Ambience of Baskin Robbins is not that great in Central Suburbs viz. Dombivli, beyond Dombivli. Though it is located in the most crowded loaction at Dombivli East - I feel still it is not all that great.
We visit B & R outlet when we finish our dinner at Legend Restaurant just above B&R outlet. Many a times it so happened that we would ask for a flavour from the list the service executives show us and they would say its not available! So why present a whole list of items?
If Dominos or Pizza Hut or McDonalds are food chains and is same everywhere and offers almost same things at all their outlets in Mumbai and now if we apply same logic to Baskin Robbins outlet, it doesn’t apply, it doesn’t maintain the same standards at each of its outlet, only what they maintain is their price!
Hope the service part at each of the outlet of B & R is looked into and necessary actions are taken to maintain uniformity!
