I ordered a pair of sandals on the website; my mistake. While the delivery was within 4 days, I had to pay additional delivery charges which made the product more expensive than a normal Bata store. When I complained to customer service, they were all honey and smiles but it ended there.
No follow up action on refund of delivery charges (which was supposed to be free as per the website), leaving me a very unsatisfied customer. Buy on website only if you want a particular product which you can’t find elsewhere, for all else the store is the best bet.
