Few days back I bought bata chappals and the quality was extremely poor. I bought them from bata store elante mall chandigarh. the chappals were seems to be of high quality but when used for a week the turned out to be of very low quality. the color of chappal went off and the sole had got cracks. then I went to store for repair of my chappals and they refused to repair my chappals. so staff courtesy and customer service were very poor. I will not recommend bata to anyone.
