Ordered for a sandal worth Rs.799/- online. received a ordinary chappal worth Rs.200/-..Called up Customer Support, they keep asking me to get help from the nearby showroom. Since there is a difference value of the product, the showroom person said NO, they cannot replace or repay me.
Almost I kept calling this Bata Customer Support. I lost hope and I just couried the chappal, all the bills, complaint mails which they sent to their warehouse in Farook Nagar.
Till now I didn’t get any acknowledgment, mail, call.nothing!
