I remember when I was a child my parents used to prefer buying Bata footwear for us duevto the durability of bata products.
But recently I bought a bata rainy footwear which came with a 60 days guarantee. Unfortunately my footwear got damaged on the fourth day of purchasing it. I went back to the shop and the manager said that lot was faulty that’s why this damage has happened and they replaces it. But again the new pair got damaged. It started peeling the outer cover. I went back after 5 days. They got it replaced again.
At last I took qnother pair with little higher rate and that was broken after the guarantee period resulting no replacement.
Bad products.
