It has been only a month since I obtained the shoes from Bata store at Coimbatore and sole of the right shoe has begun segregating.
Further, skin of the sole has likewise begun detaching. I have complained the grumble verbally and requested the replacement at the store as this is by all accounts an assembling deformity.
This is the answer I got from the store proprietor:
Let the sole detach more then I would get it repaired.
This happens frequently and the gum is still wet.
You can give a written complain letter and I would forward it to the company, however company will reply you in comparable way.
Really this is frustrating replies by the bata show room.
