Do not go by the website pics. I got my order only after 10-12 days from date of order and the pair of sandals were extremely dirty and shabby. The box/parcel was totally damaged and torn.
And the best part - Each was of a different size! After repeated phone calls, emails and hours and hours of time spent - they directed me to go to a nearby store to have them exchanged. The final resolution was only after a month’s time. Never purchase from BATA online store.
