I wish to share my experience about the Bata product which is Power Men’s sandals. Since my childhood I always prefer Bata for shoes and sandals. Recently I bought a sandals from Bata last month and I could see some physical damages within a month. The price of the sandals is around Rs.900 INR. But it doesn’t worth that much it feels. Even other competitive brands are giving quality sandals for just Rs.500 INR. Bata such a big brand fails in it is little disappointed. When I visited their showroom where the product was purchased they denied my request and convinced me that the damage doesn’t cover the warranty. The sandals threads came out and it looks bad when I see it. Feels like that it was used for years. I’m not sure what for Bata is giving warranty. It just an eye wash for getting customer. 90 days warranty means it should be benefited by the customer. This is so ridiculous and the way the showroom manager responded was harsh. When I asked where can I file a compliant regarding this, he didn’t responded properly with some anger. This is how Bata treats their customer. I will never visit Bata again.
