I bought Dr. Scholls footwear from Bata’s showroom in Goregaon, Mumbai. Within 2 months, it started tearing off. I didn’t have time to visit the shop so I went there just after the warranty period expired. Fortunately, they allowed me to choose alternate footwear after few arguments. New sandal was worse than the original one& I had to visit the store again within 1 month! They took a lot of time to repair it but all was in vain. It broke down again within couple of months. God knows how many times will I have to give it for repair again!
