I had ordered a pair of shoes of Dr Scholl(Black) without laces, size 9 on their website Bata.in for Rs 1750 Cash on delivery order against order no 12204008 on 6th June 18.
I had received a parcel from Bata on 11th June 18 after paying cash of Rs 1750, but they sent me a pair of Hush puppies shoes of a different design which are not acceptable to me so I made a complaint within 1 Hour, the complaint no. is 1167508.
As on 15/06/18 there is no response.
I had ordered this product for an event which is very near but they are just wasting my time, by not carefully dispatching what I ordered.
So, I want my money back and reverse pickup your wrong product ASAP.
