From the day I got android phone I started listening to the BBC World service programmes on BBC iPlayer Radio app( Only Audio from BBC World service not BBC World News TV) . There are so many things which make it one of my favourite apps.
BBC is constantly changing the way it engages its audiences. And BBC iPlayer App is a step in that direction. It helps people to stay in touch with their favourite BBC news and other programmes, who find it difficult to tune into traditional Transistors or radios or TV.
It gives me complete feel of listening to the Radio in background while I access my phones other features.
It not just like a radio or tv but you can get podcasts of innumerable programmes and documentaries and listen the downloaded content anytime you like.
Besides programmes you can also check previous news bulletins as well.

It loads quite fast and runs smoothly in background as well as foreground. With attractive black background.

BBC iPlayer’s layout is very attractive and one can easily switch between various programmes and one of the attractions is you can tune different BBC stations by Spinning Wheel like slector. You can choose a language among many languages there.
In the Menu you get to see all the things that it offers.
In order to watch the video content one needs to install BBC Media player to access BBC TV video programmes.
