I highly recommend not to buy a plot at this real-estate company.
I would like to bring to your notice a distressing experience I have had with BBG India Developers LLP, a real estate company based in Hyderabad. In May 2024, I purchased four plots from them, and despite paying the full amount, I have been facing significant delays in getting the plots registered.
Initially, the company informed me that the registration process would take three months. However, it’s been over a year, and the registration is still pending. When I tried to contact the real estate agent, Mr. Sudarshan Dornala, and the site admin, Mr. Javeed, Mr. Peramandlu, they kept postponing the registration date citing various reasons, including government approvals and RERA approvals.
What’s more concerning is that since March 2025, neither the agent nor the site admin has been responding to my calls, and I have no update on the status of my plot registration. When I contacted the company’s customer service number(040-69032244), I was told to contact my agent, which has been unhelpful.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by BBG India Developers LLP. I strongly advise be aware of their customer cheating, and don’t run in to nightmares.
