I have been using bbnl for sometime now and I should say that it is one of the worst internet providers available in the market. I have to literally call the customer service every alternate day to have them fix connection issues.
They are abrupt in answering queries and don’t even ask about their promptness in rendering service. I have tried being human while talking to them, but there have been many occasions where I had lost it. I’m extremely unhappy that I had chosen this connection. Please beware.
