Go for it only if you have no other option. Speed keeps fluctuating. If you go for 10 MBPS connection, you’ll get around 4-6 MBPS, and sometimes drops way below 2 MBPS. Sometimes pages wont load at all. Speed testing websites wont work.
They promptly call you a day before due date to ask for payment, but doesn’t show the same interest in improving the services. And they seem to have no clue on "Customer Care". Because it simply doesn’t exist.
