I recently switched to Beam Fiber Telecom, and it has been one of the worst decisions of my life. I had read reviews about them being a reliable and quality service provider, but it was far from the truth.
First of all, the customer service is terrible. The representatives are unhelpful and not knowledgeable about their product. They dont bother to listen to my grievances and often hang up on me without solving any of my issues.
Secondly, the network connection is very unreliable. It often drops in the middle of a call or while using the internet. This makes it impossible to get any work done.
Thirdly, the customer support staff is not available 24/7. I have to wait for them to answer my calls or emails, which can take hours.
Fourthly, their billing system is also flawed. They often charge me for services that I have not used. I have to send countless emails to their customer support team to get these charges reversed.
Finally, their internet plans are too expensive. The prices are way higher than other service providers.
I would not recommend Beam Fiber Telecom to anyone. Its a waste of money and time. I am currently looking for a new provider that can provide
