I called Beam people last month for a new connection. They keep saying they’ll call back within 24 hrs and nothing happens. Then I called them for 3 days everyday. Atlast a technician called back.
He asked the address of the building and he said he’ll call back later. And he never called back. Then I called him back again after 2 days and he said he can give it only next month because he has to setup a new box.
So I waited for one whole month! Then I called these people again, and later this guy calls back saying he’ll call tommorow because he has to install a new box. Then he doesnt call again. I call him back later, and he says it’ll take another month.
Beam should really do something about this technician. We live on a building just on the road side of Raj Bhavan road. I cant really understand why there is a big difficulty in installing a new box in such an area. And the ironic part is we have a big sign board of Beam just near by our building!
Or is technician looting money from the company?
Someone should take a look at this problem.
