When it started beam was one of the best ISP’s but now over time it has turned into a CON company!
From the past two months I am facing net connectivity problem and even after repeated complaints, they all go in vain!
No permanent solution to the net connectivity problem! Its takes them at least 2 days to solve the problem which results in invaluable loss to me! Their staff keeps harassing you for money even after not able to access net and use it!

8124070 - This is my last compliant ticket no! This is the only thing they do, just issue tickets and promise to solve your queries! Frauds and cheats!
