I paid rs 1110 to upgrade my connection to 15mbps as advertised in the press and literally all over the city by beam. Its not even 2 weeks since I upgraded my package, every 2-3 days my internet speed drops to 2mbps , I call the cust care they promise 24-48 working hrs bla bla bla and they also promise that this problem will not occur again , but it does every 2-3 days.Today I talked to one.
Mr. C.Abhilash who is the floor manager of some floor at the beam main office, Mr Abilash has promised me that this problem will never occur again and that they will seek a permanent solution to the problem.Let’s see what happens.Ticket No:6738490
