I have called 3 three times for new broadband connection but they never gave me connection. And whenever I call (+91 40 6627 2727). I will get message saying " Thank you for choosing Beam Telecom. Please provide copies of your Address Proof... when our team visits, to facilitate faster activation"
My 1st call was in between 14 to 20th June-12, I dont remembered exact date & time.
2nd time I called on 20th july-12, https://m.mouthshut.com/10 rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@10 :10 AM---I still saved the thanks message.
3rd time I called on----04th Sep-12---I still saved the thanks message.

Next day their team comes, roam here & there in front of my home to check without talking or updating anything to me they just go away. ( I dont kno why they came & what they will check ) and I dont get any updates there on-words, I will be waiting like a fool. if I call executives they never lifts phone I dont understand what they do with mobiles.
Im living in own house since 20 yrs, I have all original documents, I was ready to pay at any moment, have family here. but still I have not got connection, where as in my lane just 2nd house in front of my home a bachelor who has rented in a couple of days in my aunts home was given a connection immediately next day. now I dont know where I have done wrong. If it was question of feasibility which the executives checked then how the bachelor has got who subscribed 3 months after me.
When my friend told me that beam is better is this the better service mean, are they sitting only to say thanks for choosing Beam & dont give updates, No connection nothing. But any how thanks I didnt get beam connection. This is what I realized after seeing reveiws bellow from others.
