This is to bring into your notice that I have moved from Retibowli to Begumpet last Saturday 31st Jan 09 and got the connection migrated on Sunday 1st Feb 09 from Beam Cable, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The technical guys chared me Rs. 300/- for migration and told that this is internal transfer so no bills will be provided. Now, it has already been 4 to 5 days now however still I have not recieved my password to connect to the internet as a migrated customer.
I did speak to the various call centre representative for at least 10-12 times over the past few days but of no use. Most of them pretty rude to me and did not want to help me but wanted to finish the call ASAP. I was told from the day one that my ID and password is getting migrated which will be done in 24 hrs and that 24 hrs has already become 5 days now. When I wanted to speak to the manager (Mr. Sriram Reddy), I got a response that manager is either not in the office or is busy in meetings (From representatives named: Farzana, Sameer & others).
I am extremely hurt and frustrated with the kind of service received during the past few days.My experience tells me that no body should use Beam Cable services because of this pathetic customer service however, connectivity wise this is a nice option.
