Are you looking to take a new beam internet connection using their own beam wifi router. Purchase after reading this review.
I have purchased wifi router for Rs:2000 model white/2 antinas on my brothers name and number from my wallet. When they left Hyderabad. I have closed my brothers beam connection and taken new connection with my number using same wifi router..
Now the problem begins:
For some reasons I have to change my beam wifi password, I have called them for 5 to 10 times to change password for security reasons and to avoid misuse of my data. they replied:
It is not allowed to use your wifi router which is purchased in other account but not on your account. I have requested so many times as my data is misusing by other persons, they said sorry we cant change untill and unless the connection was not closed and the number should be in working condition blah blah blah.
I have wasted Rs:2000 to purchase fu* beam router(sorry for using such words. I’m very frustrated with that fu* beam router)
