Being a techie I was very concerned about my lazy lifestyle. I was not keen in joining any gym as I know I am not that disciplined. I enjoy dancing so I joined Zumba at BEAT BREAKERS DANCE ACADEMY at Pimple Saudagar in Pune. They charge you 1k per month. The classes are conducted 3 days a week. I joined the professional batch in which they included Zumba+Aerobic+Dance+Yoga including males and females. They have got really huge floor at Periwinkle Club.

The trainers are really good and I used to enjoy the session a lot. I have seen visible change in myself after joining. I will recommend if you want to stay fit without paying much in gym and if you lose calories while dancing.
