I have painted my home using the home solutions in March this year. At that time, I was given a guarantee and assurance of around 3 years by your site specialist officer. But within 5 months of it, color is getting peeled off from the walls.
Condition of the color is getting worse day by day. Moreover, the customer care executive doesn’t give a solution to your problem. They will make you wait for 15-20 mins in search of a solution and then in turn will make fake commitments and try to delay the process.
I am very upset with the kind of service that I have got from a reputed company.
