The staff at the kondapur branch of this salon is highly irresponsible & unskilled. They conveniently overbook on apointments, and when you reach there, they’ll be short of hands to serve you. And when someone does serve you, chances are s/he’ll have no clue how to do his job.
Besides, I happened to make a mistake of taking a package by which i’d get services worth Rs. 15000 for Rs. 10000. But one month into the package, I was told that only services worth Rs. 12500 can be provided.
Overall, a bad experience. Will not recommend to anybody.
