Begum jaan is a first firm of vidiya balan in 2017. It released 14th april. Begum jaan is written and directed by director Srijit Mukherji and produced by Mukesh Bhatt, The cinematography is done by Gopi Bhagat. vidiya balan play the lead role of this movie. She is playing a role of a head of prostitution home. set in the backdrop of late Indian Independence period of 1948.
BUT THIS MOVIE IS A COPY OF BENGALI FILM RAJKAHANI which is act by rituparna sengupta. and direct by Srijit Mukherji.
In this movie Vidiya balan acting is best and her look is awesome like real. And vidiya balan role a unique character nobody does not seen her like this, ever.
story: In august 1947 when our India was getting divided in two part india and pakistan, a prostitution house of vidiya balan is stay between the both border. So British government had to destroy the house for making their border. But they did not get empty their house after british govt Bullying again and again. At last british govt hire some people to Deportations this lady from his house. But they decided to fight against British. and for that they learn the gun fire and etc, etc. But after fighting they are fault by british hand. And the british burn their house. But the ladies’s decided to die in their home. and they get back to in their burning house. And they died like a queen in their own Temple(house).
After all this movie is good but not very good. I have watched this movie in Bengali already . But this movie is better than bengali movie.
