Begam jaan is a remake of Bengali film Rajkahani made by director Srijit Mukherjee himself. It was also a award winning movie last year. The over all story is same just by replacing the actors and songs. Both in Hindi and Bengali it’s an outstanding production. The begam jaan Vidya’s roal was played by Rituporna sengupta in Rajkahani.
