Hullabaloo. will be your state of mind after watching this typical romcon or rather I would say Romcon, because this actually cons you, your valuable time and money.
The story is about Gattu aka Rajkumar Rao who is in love with his childhood neighbour Binny aka Shruti Hassan and how he faces difficulties in expressing his love because of his underdog personality and the typical mentality of Indian society that all Indians are my brothers and sisters, The only thing in the movie you will actually connect with is this emotion which is a complete satire of what we actually believe in and feel like, otherwise the movie is complete Mayhem. After the first half the movie becomes a complete boredom. Rajkumar Rao has somehow managed to attract some audiences because of his acting skills. But, if you have watched ’Shahid’ and ’Citylights’, then you will feel a little disappointed. Shruti Hassan as always was just like a decorated mannequin with zero acting skills and an absurd level of dead expressions. Finally I would say you should not waste your time and money in watching this money and if you really like the trailer and would like to watch this movie then you can go and bang your head which I would suggest not to do.
