Dear readers please don’t purchase Belkin products, this company’s products are substandard and they don’t adhere to the warranty given to their products. They don’t even have any authorised service centers in India. I happened to purchase Belkin wireless keyboard and mouse combo C400 from croma online and hardly after 3 months of usage the mouse gave away.
On contacting the customer support, I was lead through a very lengthy and tedious process which ultimately doesn’t yielded any result. First I was told to send pics and scanned copies of the invoice. then after scrutiny generated RMA no. they made me submit the product to one of their collection center some 25 kms away from my place. then confirmed for refund rather then replace/repair.
Then again asked for another loads of document fill-ups and scanned copies. Only to keep on wait and wait. Now after 4 months of follow up they don’t even respond. Therefore friends its my warning to you about Belkin that its just another fraudulent and hoax company. Don’t fall into their trap.
