Hai I like to share about the Bells restaurant with Veg and Non Veg and also have A/C and Non A/C wings from where I got bad Experience.This Bells have so many branches in Coimbatore as well as in Tamil Nadu, but they have to develop their customer services.
Food Presentation: .I entered in to this restaurant with my child and he was very hungry. They have listed many food items in menu cards of both Veg and Non - Veg items.They gave that menu cards I have order Goat Boti masala which is famous for this restaurant. The servant take the order and didn’t came for more than half an hour. After some time he came and said their was no Goat boti it have been finished. They didn’t know whether the items of foods which is ready to serve to their customer. They really disappointed me very much.They present the food with banana leaf while serving in the restaurant. But they didn’t serve foods in banana leafs for parcel service.
Ambience: This restaurant is suited in sathy main road. They didn’t provide car parking facility. We can park or two wheeler in front of their restaurant only. They run this Restaurant with bar which is very inconvenient to go with families.
Customer Service: They will give first preference only to the customer who came to eat in the restaurant. They will give second preference to the customers who want parcel facility. So I wont like to go to this restaurant. They wont answer properly whether the ordered items of food is their or not. They will present the food in plastic covers which is very harmful for human body.
Value for Money: It is worthless to pay the value for money regarding their customer service. They will charge more cost for foods when compare to other restaurants.
So don’t go with bells it is well for us.
